At Field Drip, we’re committed to providing premium coffee experiences that align with your adventures. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
To initiate a return, please ensure the following:
Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return Your Item
Contact us at hello@fielddrip.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Coffee products that have been opened, including coffee bags, boxed sachets, or individual sachets. Used items such as mugs, drinkware, and any merchandise, including bucket hats, tote bags, and apparel.
