At Field Drip, we strive to ensure your coffee and gear arrive quickly and safely, so you can focus on your next adventure. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times | Australia
Standard Shipping: AU$14 or free for orders over AU$100, with delivery within 2-8 business days.
Express Shipping: AU$18, with delivery within 1-4 business days.

Local Pickup
Pickup is available at 11 Dwyer Street, Sunshine Beach QLD 4567. Just select this option at checkout — we’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@fielddrip.com.au with your order number and details. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses in embargoed countries.
