How We Brew It
15g coffee, 240ml water, 93°C and about 3 minutes is all you need. Start with a 45g bloom and wait 45 seconds. At 0:45, pour to 150g, then at 1:20 continue pouring to 240g total.
Expect a bright, juicy cup with vibrant fruit notes, citrus character and a clean, lively finish.
I just bought this coffee recently and I’ve been trying to describe it, but I just can’t… it’s genuinely beautiful.
Learning about the brand’s story made me even more interested. I’ll definitely be buying more, and trying the other types too.
